Julia is a sophomore animation major with a double minor in international studies and organizational communication from Rosemount, Minnesota. She enjoys 2D animation and the story building aspects of animation such as storyboarding. In high school, Julia went to a school where most of her peers were international students. She takes inspiration from the cultures and experiences of her friends abroad, and from countries she’s visited. When she’s not reading off a teleprompter as a Main anchor for Bradley University’s BUTV, or competing as secretary of Bradley University‘s nationally awarded speech team, Julia can be found around campus, giving tours to prospective students. In the future, Julia hopes to work in educational media, such as children’s tv, specifically in producing or writing.
