John Tighe is a Senior Game Design major from Elgin, IL with a minor in Creative Writing. He is passionate about level design and visual storytelling. He specializes in programs such as Unity, Figma, Photoshop, and Jura. Participating in two Game Jams, John has used both as opportunities to hone his skills during these two quick turn around events. During his free time, John enjoys reading a variety of literature, ranging from philosophy, mythology, manga, classic literature, and the Bible, and enjoys playing games and spending time with the ones most dear to him. In the end, John’s goal is to pursue a career that allows him to use and expand on his level design knowledge and create media that is not only fun, but leaves an impact.
