Shane is attending Bradley in pursuit of his second degree, the first being in English from the University of Southern Indiana, to pursue a lifelong dream of working in the video game industry. He previously served six years as a mass communication specialist in the US Navy.
For this project, I was the character artist, animator, level designer, environment artist, hazard programmer. The game was about an alien escaping a government laboratory.
For the arena combat game, Space Slam, I was the assistant team lead and worked as a 3D modeler, sound designer, lore writer, concept artist, arena designer, environment artist. The attached thumbnail is my original character concept art for Brutus the Rhino. He and the other animals were cut due to a shift in the game's theme.
