Animation Anticipated Graduation Date: May 2021
About Me
I am an Animation major with a Studio Arts minor hoping to pursue animation in film and television and/or graphic design and motion graphics. My dream positions would be an artist or animator for Cartoon Network, Marvel, or Adult Swim. In my spare time, I enjoy drawing, designing, playing video games, and watching movies (my favorites being The Dark Knight, Into the Spider-Verse, and anything Marvel related). I began pursuing my passions of digital art in high school where I took multiple graphic design courses and an introductory animation course. As soon as I began illustrating, I knew that I wanted to continue my exploration in college. Bradley University was a great fit for me where I could explore, learn, and evolve as a content creator. I have been lucky enough to be selected to attend Bradley University's Hollywood Semester next Fall where I will be interning with one or two graphic design and motion graphic firms. I look forward to where the future will take me and I look forward to creating the content that inspires other young animators to pursue their own passions and dreams. I can't wait to begin my journey to become a professional animator and digital artist.
Featured Projects
Temple of Pandacus
The final draft for a digitally-created background for my video game titled 'Space Pandas in Space'. The art was created in Adobe Illustrator and was implemented into Adobe After Effects to be utilized in my opening cutscene. The art depicts a location that the main characters visit on their journey to save the galaxy.
Pop Rocks
Created for my 2D Design course last semester. The assignment was to take a pre-existing logo and manipulate its assets to create an original design. The art was created entirely in Adobe Illustrator. I chose the Green Apple Pop Rocks because I enjoyed the vibrant green colors the package contained.
Type Formation
Created for my 2D Design course last semester. The assignment was to create a formation entirely out of text. The art was created entirely in Adobe Illustrator. I had never experimented with type formation before this assignment, so tackling a new task was both a challenge and a unique experience.
