About Me

Hi, my name is Jamie Wunning and I am an Animation Major from Dunlap, IL.

This is the second semester of my freshman year and I have loved being a part of the Interactive Media Program here at Bradley.

In just a short amount of time, I have already learned so much with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign along with coding with C# in Unity. I put a lot of time and effort into my projects and I am very proud of the projects I have completed in my animation courses.

When I am not working on art and animation projects, you can find me participating in one of many campus clubs. This includes Digital Arts Team, Wags for Mags, Adventure Club, Symphonic Band, Club BU, Nerf Club, and several intramural sports.

This year at FUSE, I am working with Nebula: the touch table game where you can create your own planet. I have been working with the 2D art team and the UX team to create concept art and icons. It has been a great experience!

Featured Projects

Squirrel Chase

Squirrel Chase

I created Squirrel Chase in the first semester of my freshman year. This is the title screen of my cut scene animation that went along with my endless runner video game. I used Illustrator to make the artwork, After Effects to create the animation, and Unity to create the game.

Llamaste

Llamaste

This cute and cuddly creature was the result of me doodling on my drawing tablet one late night in February. I created him in photoshop.

Heuser in 360

Heuser in 360

This was a group project where three of us in ART 102 were tasked with drawing a hallway in the Heuser Art building in 360 degrees. It was a fun, new, and interesting project that we all enjoyed!

Nebula is an interactive educational experience that is developed for the touchscreen monitor. Individual players create, design, and decorate their very own personal planets. From colossal Terra planet, to dynamically artistic Gas Giants, the player is welcome to express their inner creativity and show who they are. To begin, the player will first choose the type of planet they want to create, Terra Planet, or Gas Giant. In creating the Terra Planet, they will be able to paint a variety of biomes such as grass, snow and bodies of water onto their planet, as well as an assortment of mountains and trees that take their own unique form depending on the biome they are placed in. With Gas Giants, the player can express their unique creativity in an assortment of bright, expressive colors and patterns which are all in lively dynamic motion. Last but certainly not least is the scientific and educational elements to the experience. After the player finishes their very own planet, they will see fun educational facts about their creation. Nebula fuses fun and educational science with an astronomical amount of creativity.
