About Me

I am an Animation Major from the state of Indiana. My main goal for the future is to transform my ideas into actual shows and/or movies for all audiences to enjoy. I would love to join companies like Cartoon Network or Warner Brothers as an animator, storyboard artist, or even a director of television shows. Even further than that, my biggest dream job is to develop my own studio and create a long line of shows. I personally love to design my own characters and put them within their own stories, so I am constantly creating new aspects. However from this, I do enjoy drawing up and studying on already existing characters from cartoons and video games so I can take notes on their visual style and their story concepts. My inspirations for my style include: Scott Pilgrim, Fairytail, and Sgt. Frog. Currently, all of my art pieces are uploaded onto my instagram, where I go by the name TreToonzz, and I hope to increase my popularity and audience to get more of my vision to the public. Overall, I really hope to improve myself as an artist and eventually pursue my dreams on making it into the business.

This piece is a tribute to the release of the video game known as Kingdom Hearts 3. This piece was made in order to honor the amazing anime style of the game. The dark background is used to make the character the overall focal point of the piece.

This is an unnamed character I developed to be the expressive part of myself. All aspects of them are unknown, making them not only a colorful character, but also mysterious at that. I wanted to use him as practice for perspective work and to practice more with colors.

This piece was made for me to test out new skills and techniques like shading, anatomy, color, etc. The scene depicts an adventurer traveling through the mountains in search of treasure. What I enjoy most about this piece is that it was entirely developed on a whim and improvised.

on Spell Scribe as Narrative Design Lead and Visual Designer

Spell Scribe is a 2D, tower defense style game designed for tablets. The game is about a magician’s library that has run amok and has started releasing monsters from the books. Players must return the creatures to their books using various spells they have at their disposal. Each spell requires the player to write a single word in cursive to charge the abilities. We are making this game to help people of all ages grow more familiar with the form and structure of cursive writing. We hope that after playing the game, the users will have an easier time recognizing the various letters and how they connect to one another in practical use.
