Game Design Anticipated Graduation Date: May 2021
About Me
Hello everyone! My name is Alex Cline and I'm glad to see that you found your way to my corner of this FUSE site. I'm a sophomore here at Bradley and I've had a blast working on projects this year.
The main project I've worked on this year is Pizza Pop as a programmer, but I'll be showing of my card game at the Boardgame Station this year; Party Corgis.
Over the past two semester during my sophomore year, I have had the opportunity to intern at OSF Innovation as a Software Developer Intern. While there, I have been able to prototype a mobile project as well as assist the development of a existing mobile application. While prototyping and developing the different projects, I have used Unity, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
During the 2020 Spring Semester, I'll be studying Game Design at HAN van Arnhem in the Netherlands. For half of the semester, I will be prototyping a project idea. During the second half of the semester, I will be working on a time to develop a project from one of the prototypes that was developed during the first half of the semester.
I hope that you enjoy your time both on the FUSE site and I hope to see you at FUSE.
Featured Projects
Personal Logo
This is the current version of my personal logo. It has my initials inside of an eagle. The eagle is a connection to me being an Eagle Scout. In addition, the "A" contains two buttons and a d-pad to illustrate my connection to games.
Bad Boiz All Around
Bad Boiz All Around is a 2D space shooter where a players controls a space fighter against the "Bad Boiz". Players fly around space using your blasters and shockwave to defend themselves as long as possible against the oncoming "Bad Boiz". There's no way out, the only question is how many you'll take down with you.
