About Me

My name is Riley Egan and I am a freshman Animation major attending Bradley University. My passion is film and my goal within the next ten years is to see my name on the big screen.

When I was young, my passion was drawing. I would draw every day, and while these drawings weren't good in the slightest, they pushed me to improve and to keep getting better.

As I grew up in a world so revolved around technology, pursuing a career in art seemed impossible or unprofitable. People didn't appreciate drawings or paintings the same way they used to. People today appreciate technology and the wonders it does for society. At first, this was discouraging, but I was taught in school that artwork could be expressed through the use of technology.

I can only hope that young creators view my artwork and feel inspiration to continue their passions and to improve from their past experiences. I believe that the world needs creativity and imagination to survive, and the only way to satisfy that need is to create.

I can only hope that my work takes me to big places, but the only thing that matters is whether or not I left my mark on this world before I leave.
