Chloe Blackwell is a sophomore Animation major with a complementary major in Visual Arts and a minor in Comic Arts. She has always fostered a deep passion for character design and storytelling, and using tools like Procreate, ToonBoom Harmony, Adobe Animate, and Adobe Premiere, she has learned to create animations and breathe life into her beloved creations. When she isn’t drawing or writing, Chloe will eagerly take up any opportunity to dip her toes in something new. This has led to a massive collection of hobbies, including sewing, crochet, gaming, sculpting, and more. She hopes her creativity and curiosity will help her build a career out of her art and allow her to share her stories with the world.
