Ataeya Heldebrandt is a sophomore Animation major from Rantoul, Illinois, with a minor in Comics Art. She is especially interested in storyboarding, animation, illustration, and character design. Her experience includes illustrating a children’s book written by her aunt in high school. Some of her specialties include Procreate, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. In her free time, Ataeya enjoys playing video games and volleyball, drawing comics, and spending time with her family. She is excited about animation because it allows her to bring imaginative worlds and characters to life, and she looks forward to joining a major animation company to contribute to the production of a show or movie as part of a creative team.
