Ryan Herwig is a junior majoring in computer science with a concentration in game technologies and a minor in game design. Ryan is passionate about how and why things work; with the knowledge he has gained, he can make games without an engine in languages such as Java and Javascript. Within game programming, he specializes in game logic and player controllers. Outside of work, Ryan can be found leading clubs, such as Card Games Club and Chess Club, playing all types of games with friends, or expanding his knowledge in the computer science field. In the end, Ryan’s goals are to expand his understanding of the field, get hands-on experience in programming and working as a team, and enjoy the process while he’s at it.
