Gianni Brusatti is a Junior Game Design Major from Saint Louis, MO with a Major in Game Design and a Minor in Management and Leadership. He is passionate about making games, leading teams, and learning new things about Unity and Unreal Engine. In his free time he enjoys watching movies, hanging out with friends, and playing video games. His goal after college is to continue to make games and maybe even produce his own one day.
The Great Strawberry Heist is a 2D vertical platformer built for the arcade cabinet that follows the clash of two unlikely foes. In our game, the player, a mischievous hamster has its eyes set on getting a bite out of the bright red strawberry sitting atop the towering dessert, belonging to a terrifying cat. The hamster must navigate through a variety of platforms, dodge falling globs of icing, and jump over rolling oranges in order to make it to the top and claim the strawberry. However, the cat won’t hesitate to pull out all the stops in order to prevent the hamster from taking what’s rightfully hers, including her razor-sharp claws… Come visit us at FUSE to see who will prevail in this epic contest over the strawberry topped cake and claim the ultimate prize.
