Christian Pedersen is a Sophomore Animation major from Wheaton, IL. He has a passion for 2D art, and his favorite thing to do in animation is creating impact frames. His goal is to get a job at an animation studio and to help make cartoons. In his free time, he loves drawing, watching bad movies with friends, and writing scripts for movies. This is his first time on a fuse team, so he is hoping to learn more about the process of working with a team.
“Orion and the Hare” is a short film about a Hare harnessing the power of the stars to banish a supernatural hunter endangering what they care about most. The plot is inspired by the mythology surrounding the constellations of Orion and Lepus. The film focuses on environmental storytelling and utilizes a 2D and 3D animation pipeline.
